Job Description
- Provide application-specific expert consulting services for business blueprint creation, implementation, and testing.
- SUPPORT IN ESCALATED PROJECTS
- Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews.
- Support pre-sales activities, including license and consulting services.
- Identify and apply Integrated Service Delivery options.
Responsibilities
- Take over responsibility as a sub-project team lead from time to time.
- Assume responsibility as a team lead and support line managers in people development tasks.
- Plan process implementation in detail.
- Define detailed blueprints for development requirements.
- Implement industry/corporate processes across related applications (SAP/non-SAP).
- Develop and assure quality of process models.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of modeling standards and tools.
Work Experience
- Minimum 7 years of consulting experience in applications.
- Experience with at least 6 full-cycle implementations.
- Deep understanding of industry-specific business processes (if applicable).
- Performed several business cases.
- Managed difficult client situations.
- Understands the Business Process Library approach and contributes to it.
- Acts as a moderator in the KM environment.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent English language skills.
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
