Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop your full potential and contribute to the growth of our high-tech company.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into a configuration solution.
- Determine the most efficient, effective, and user-friendly implementation solution for the customer's defined needs.
- Configure the functional solution and/or manage the configuration, assisting data migrations and developing reporting tools.
- Manage all technical aspects of the system, including batches, security, test cases, and technical support (SQL).
- Support and be involved in pre-sales and commercial activities.
About You
- Hold a university degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, economics, IT, or engineering.
- Have several years of relevant experience with software implementation projects, preferably with data migration, ETL tools, and/or reporting tools (Crystal reports, Business Objects...)
- Possess a strong interest in technological innovations and basic knowledge of business processes (financial and administrative processes).
- Exhibit a creative, critical attitude, analytical mind, and ability to understand needs and translate them into solutions.
- Care about quality work and demonstrate initiative and responsibility as a motivated team player.
- Reside in Japan, possess a valid working permit, and speak Japanese and English fluently, with knowledge of other languages a plus.
