Job Summary & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for field service operation of FTIR and IBU tool supports except AWX.
  • Plan and implement action items for revenue growth including billable, service contract and upgrade business development.
  • Keep high customer satisfaction on key customers.
  • Timely escalate issues to technical support team and report to upper management.
  • Build strong and efficient support team by dense communication with team members and managers.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership mind.
  • Experience of field service support, preferably in semiconductor industry.
  • Communication with English.
