給与
年収: 500万円 ~ 1200万円
※経験・実績等を考慮し、当社規程に準じ決定します。
昇給/賞与/諸手当
月例給:42万円~68万円
(固定残業代約11万~(50時間迄/月)を含む。50時間/月 を超過した残業代は別途支給。)
基本賞与:72万円~98万円 (左記以外に個人業績賞与・会社業績賞与あり。初年度の賞与は入社月により月割となります。)
モデル年収:27歳約500万円、30歳約700万円、35歳約1,000万円)
上記金額は人事考課「標準」評価における「個人業績賞与」「会社業績賞与」を含みます。ただし、内定通知書の想定年収は、内定通知時点では未確定の「個人業績賞与」「会社業績賞与」を除いた金額を記載します。

- 生命保険会社が提供するヘルスケアサービスを活用した新サービス・法人向けビジネスの強化
グループ会社顧客(約44百万人)を含めた顧客層を対象としたサービス展開の検討・調整
ヘルスケアサービスの事業化に向けた企画・立案
※リモートワークは業務内容により個別調整(現時点ではリモートワークはほとんどなし)

- 四年制大学卒以上
【必須要件・スキル】 ヘルスケア業界の知見や勤務の実務経験があり、プロジェクトリーダーが勤められる人 社会人経験5年以上 ※職歴等から総合的に判断させていただきますので、社会人経験5年未満の方はご相談・ご応募ください。 普通自動車第一種運転免許 【尚可要件・スキル】 ビジネスモデルの構築能力 マーケティング能力 プロダクト開発能力 プロジェクトマネジメント能力 ヘルスケア業界に関する知識、法律知識 通常レベル以上のMS-Office操作能力 ※会社が認める場合のみ(会社業務に貢献する等)、副業も可能です。
