職務内容

【職務内容/ Job Description】

・IFRS(生命保険および損害保険)、JGAAPおよび税務(損害保険のみ)において、財務諸表や開示資料を作成する

・経営層が財務結果と健全性を適切に理解できるよう報告書を作成する

・財務結果の分析を通じてリスクと機会を特定し、企業の財務価値を向上させる

・財務の健全性を高め、収益、税金、経費を最適化するための財務・会計ソリューションを実現する

・財務・会計に関わる部門横断的なプロジェクトをリードする

・決算や報告プロセスの簡素化、自動化、効率化を推進する

・サステナビリティ報告(CSRD)やソルベンシーII基準の報告の対応

・Prepare and analyze various financial statements under IFRS (Life & P&C), JGAAP (P&C only), and Tax

・Analyzing and reporting to executives.

・Identify risks and opportunities through financial analysis and create value for the company.

・Implement financial and accounting solutions to strengthen financial health and optimize earnings.

・Lead cross-departmental financial and accounting projects.

・Drive simplification, automation, and efficiency improvements.

・Complete CSRD (EU sustainability reporting) and Solvency II reporting.

【求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills And Experiences 】

経理・会計・税務の経験3年以上
IFRSおよびJGAAPの基礎知識
簿記2級以上
日本語(ビジネスレベル)、英語(中級レベル)
コミュニケーション能力、ファシリテーションスキル
パソコンスキル(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)、会計ソフトの使用経験(尚可)
US CPAや税理士資格(歓迎)
Over 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax
Basic knowledge of IFRS and JGAAP
Bookkeeping certification at level 2 or higher
Japanese (Business level), English (Intermediate level)
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with accounting software (preferred)
US CPA, Tax Accountant license, or equivalent (preferred)

9:00~17:00(休憩12:00~13:00)
