Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Planner, you will play a strategic role in enabling the sales organization to achieve revenue targets. You will analyze performance data, develop actionable insights, and implement initiatives that enhance sales productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities 1. Sales KPI Management

Build and maintain systems to track KPIs for individual members, teams, and the entire department.
Collaborate with sales leaders, system managers, and relevant stakeholders to align deliverables and expectations.
Use tools such as Salesforce and DOMO to visualize performance data and support continuous improvement in sales quality.


  • Sales Enablement
Develop and manage a centralized knowledge portal containing proposal templates, case studies, and best practices.
Plan, organize, and execute onboarding programs and training sessions for new hires.
Improve sales workflows and provide strategic support to strengthen overall sales capabilities.

These initiatives directly contribute to revenue growth, supporting the sales function as a key strategic partner.

You will collaborate closely across departments to ensure sales teams are equipped with insights, tools, and support needed for success.

Work Environment

Department Size: 56 members (as of July 2025)

Sales Planning Section: 6 members

Team Composition: 100% mid-career professionals from diverse fields including manufacturing, consulting, advertising, government, and media.

Requirements Must-Have

10+ years of professional work experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading cross-functional discussions and resolving operational issues
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables, charts, and reporting)

Nice-to-Have

Experience in sales planning, corporate planning, or managing projects commissioned by senior executives
Ability to lead unstructured or ambiguous initiatives through strong communication and problem-solving skills

English Requirement

TOEIC 800+ or equivalent proof of English proficiency (e.g., degree from an English-speaking university)
Proof must be provided by the offer stage; if unavailable, a TOEIC IP test may be administered during the selection process
