Job Overview
As a Sales Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the sales organization by analyzing performance data, generating insights, and driving initiatives that enhance sales productivity.
Responsibilities Sales KPI Management
Develop and maintain systems to track individual, team, and group KPIs.
Work closely with sales leaders, system managers, and internal stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
Utilize tools such as Salesforce and DOMO to visualize performance, identify gaps, and improve sales quality.
Sales Enablement
Build and manage a centralized knowledge portal including proposal templates, case studies, and best practices.
Plan and execute onboarding and training programs to accelerate new hire productivity.
These initiatives serve as the foundation for improved sales effectiveness and strategic decision-making.

Requirements Must-Have
10+ years of professional experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading cross-functional discussions and resolving issues
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis)
Nice-to-Have
Experience in sales planning, corporate planning, or executive-led special projects
Ability to manage and execute unstructured initiatives through proactive communication and problem-solving
English Requirement
TOEIC score of 800+ or equivalent proof of English proficiency
Proof must be submitted by the time of offer
If not available, a TOEIC IP test may be conducted during the selection process
