Rakuten data based on approximately 100 million Rakuten member IDs.
Rakuten media spanning about 70 services.
AI incorporating the latest technology.
Regarding point 1, Rakuten data based on approximately 100 million Rakuten member IDs, we have recently been focusing on expanding not only online but also offline data.
We have also started providing targeting and measurement services utilizing "offline purchase data." This enables us to offer integrated "solutions" that combine online and offline aspects.
Regarding point 2, Rakuten media, which encompasses about 70 services, handles a wide range of "user communications" including not only display advertisements but also email advertisements, sampling advertisements, and direct mail advertisements.
Regarding point 3, in terms of AI, we have recently developed technology to predict "future purchasers" and have commenced offering advertisements based on this.
Ad Sales Department will continue to provide "unique" solutions in the digital advertising industry that can only be realized within the Rakuten Group.
Specifically, we have three key roles:
Sales Management:
We design, manage, and support the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the sales organization.
Sales Promotion:
We handle the introduction of sales management tools, human resource development, and meeting operations, among other tasks.
Business Promotion:
We are responsible for executing critical initiatives within the Rakuten Group.

As a Sales Planner in Ad Sales Department, this role involves collecting, analyzing, and deriving insights from sales figures, and providing execution support to achieve sales targets.
Job Details
To achieve sales Key Goal Indicators (KGIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), a mechanism is required to timely grasp the current numerical progress at individual, team, and group levels.
This role involves creating such a mechanism, collaborating with the Sales Director, Sales Managers, field sales, and system administrators to align on visualization outputs, solidify requirements, and build a visualization system utilizing BI tools such as Salesforce and DOMO.
This will lead to improvements in sales productivity and quality, ultimately increasing sales revenue. As a Sales Planner, you will feel a tangible contribution to the organization as a behind-the-scenes "brain."This role also contributes to improving the quality of sales.
From the perspective of enhancing the quality of existing employees, you will lead the improvement of sales productivity by building a knowledge portal where everyone can access sales proposals and case studies, and by promoting its utilization.
Furthermore, you will plan and implement educational training and onboarding programs for newly hired employees to enable them to quickly become productive.
This will also give you a sense of contributing to increased sales productivity and, consequently, expanded revenue.Stakeholders
