企画営業(イベント事業)
業務内容:
ビジネスイベントを通じて企業や人をつなぐBtoB領域のイベント企画・営業を担当していただきます。
イベントの企画立案からスポンサー営業、販売戦略策定、当日運営までを一貫して行い、新規イベントの創出や既存イベントのグロースにも携わります。
主な業務:
- イベントのスポンサー企画・営業活動
- 新規イベントの企画立案および実行
- 既存イベントの成長戦略の策定
- 企画書・提案書の作成、プレゼンテーション
- チームメンバーとの連携・マネジメント
応募資格(必須):
- 無形商材の企画提案営業経験
- 代理店営業経験
- プロジェクトの企画から実行までを自ら遂行した経験
歓迎スキル:
- イベント運営または企画営業経験(2年以上)
- BtoBイベント・マーケティング業務経験
- Officeツール(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)のスキル

給与・待遇:
年収:596万円〜1015万円
※スキル・経験に応じて決定
※30時間分の固定残業手当を含む(超過分は別途支給)
※試用期間6ヶ月(条件変更なし)
