The Video Advertising Planner & Sales professional will drive monetization for the company's video streaming platform by planning video ad products and leading sales initiatives.
As a manager candidate, you will be expected to take on leadership responsibilities and grow into a management position within a short period.
Key Responsibilities 1. Video Ad Product PlanningPlan and develop video advertising products for the streaming channel.
Align offerings with advertiser needs and market trends.
- Sales & Promotion
Prepare and deliver performance reports to clients.
- Content Proposal Development
Collaborate with content and creative teams for execution.
- Partnership Development
Work Environment
Division Size: 12 members, with 6 members in ad sales.
Age Group: 20s to 40s.
Team Composition: 2 new graduates and 4 mid-career hires.
Team Backgrounds:
Members with experience in advertising agencies and TV station sales.
Culture:
Collaborative, dynamic, and growth-oriented.
Career Path
Expected promotion to Team Leader within 1–2 years, progressing toward Manager based on performance and leadership ability.
Requirements – Must-Have
5+ years of experience in ad planning and sales at an agency or similar environment.
Proven experience proposing solutions to client challenges—ideal for those who enjoy creative planning.
High adaptability and flexibility to collaborate with management and cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Sales experience in digital media.
Experience in video ad planning and promotion.
English Language Requirement
TOEIC score of 800+ or equivalent proof of English proficiency (e.g., degree from an English-speaking university).
Proof required by the offer stage.
If not available, a TOEIC IP test may be administered during the selection process.
