【大阪】宅建事務・売買契約管理

【仕事内容】

  • 業務概要:

不動産領域での資産運用×ITサービスを展開する当社にて、カスタマーサポート部契約管理で業務を担っていただきます。

【変更の範囲:会社が定める業務】

  • 具体的な業務売買契約管理の仕事内容:

・投資用不動産購入希望者(主に経営者、医師)に対して、購入のフォロー

・金融機関に対してのローン審査対応

・司法書士に対しての登記対応

・購入希望者に対して重要事項説明書の説明

・売買契約の条件交渉サポート

・売り手と買い手との間で契約条件について書類を作成・契約

カスタマーサポート部契約管理課

40代2名、30代2名、20代14名、派遣4名

メンバーは20代が多いですが、20代の中でも1年半で3階級昇格し、役職者として働いている者もおり、部長が目指せる環境となっております。
