<仕事内容>

\ 専門スキルが身につく不動産事務 /

営業のサポート役として、

契約書作成やお客様対応を中心に、

不動産取引に関わる事務全般をお任せします。

・重要事項説明書、売買契約書などの作成・説明

・電話やメールでのお客様対応

・営業担当のサポート業務

・勤怠管理、経費精算など支店運営に関する事務

実務経験がない方も安心

基礎から学べる教育体制が整っており、

宅建の資格を活かして成長できる環境です。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 27万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 経験・能力等を考慮の上、優遇いたします。
  • 上記月給には一律支給の資格手当(月3万円)が含まれます。

  • 残業代は別途全額支給します。

  • 昇給年1回(7月)

  • 賞与年2回(2・8月)
  • 通勤交通費支給(上限月3万円)
  • 営業交通費支給(全額)
  • 役職手当
  • 残業手当
  • 住宅手当(月2万円)
  • 住宅初期費用補助制度
  • 引っ越しに伴う初期費用を上限20万円まで支給
