職務目的(Job Purpose)
- 海上保険商品の見積依頼に対して、リスク内容を分析し、引受可否判断を行う。
- 契約の引受をするにあたり必要な情報を収集、もしくは、関係者を巻き込んで実行する。情報を基に保険料や補償条件を決定する。
- 海上保険部の数字目標を達成する為に様々な施策を立案・実行する。
- 社内営業部門に対して、海上保険商品の販売推進を促す為に、研修、駐在など積極的に実施していく。

- 部門のビジョンと戦略を理解しチームメンバーと協力し目標を達成する。
- 事務オペレーションや規定などを熟知し、高品質で適切な業務を実行する。
- 海上保険部の商品を理解し、案件の引受判断を行い、推進を図る。
- AIG組織内外問わず、相手を尊重し、円滑なコミュニケーションを図る。
- 改善が必要な事案に対して、問題定義し、解決する。
- 海上保険部の東京メンバーと連携し、業務を遂行する
