業務内容:
- 日々の銀行入金の準備
- ホテルの現金管理と監査
- 請求書と発注書または契約書の照合
- 買掛金の管理と支払スケジュールの維持
- 消費税および源泉税の報告書作成と提出
- 支払いに関するベンダーとの連絡
必要資格・スキル:
- ホスピタリティ業界での3年以上の経理経験(必須)
- 日本語および英語の堪能さ(必須)
- 消費税および源泉税の報告経験
- ホテル会計ソフトウェアの使用経験
- 会計または財務の学位
- 財務監査およびコンプライアンスの経験
- ベンダーとの強力なコミュニケーションスキル
