【主な業務内容】

・天井クレーンでの鉄鋼製品の入庫・積込作業

・船積作業

・設備保全作業

・大型重機の運転業務

・いずれかの業務に従事

【1日の流れ】

・シフト①:07:00~15:00(休憩45分)

・シフト②:15:00~22:15(休憩45分)

・シフト③:22:15~07:00(休憩45分)

※①②の連勤あり。その際、②の勤務は時間外手当を支給

(必須)普通自動車免許 (あれば尚良)クレーン・デリック運転士、玉掛、大型特殊、大型一種 ※未経験歓迎 (学歴)不問 <未経験歓迎> 資格や経験が無くても、必要な資格は入社後に取得可能ですので心配は要りません。 ほとんどの先輩は入社後取得し、活躍いただいております。 【求める人物像】 ・安全第一である事をしっかりと理解している方。 超重量物を取り扱うので、一つの狂いが命にかかわる可能性もあります。 そのため、決められたこと、指示されたことをきっちりと遂行可能な方を求めます。 ・コミュニケーションがとれ、協調性のある方。 基本、チームやグループでの作業となります。 ・基本、三交替勤務であり、変則的な勤務時間で夜勤もありますので、 そういった勤務に対応できる方。

・制服貸与

勤務時間・曜日:

【三交替勤務】 ① 7:00~15:00 (休憩45分) ②15:00~22:15 (休憩45分) ③22:15~ 7:00 (休憩45分) ※①②の連勤あり。その際、②の勤務は時間外手当を支給します。

休暇・休日:

・年間休日:103日(8~9日/月) ※交替勤務のため、曜日の別なく休日を振り分けします。 ・年次有給休暇:入社当月より付与有、翌年1月には20日付与(要8割以上出勤) ・その他休暇:慶弔休暇、積立休暇、永年勤続特別休暇、など ・シフト制 ・年間休日100~110日

アクセス:

・JR「加古川駅」より通勤バスで約25分 ・山陽電鉄「別府駅」より通勤バスで約10分 ※加古川市内はもちろん、姫路市や明石市、神戸市、高砂市、加古郡、三木市、小野市など各方面から通勤されている方多数おります。(マイカー通勤あり※許可制)
