職務内容/Job Responsibilities
- FUME エンジニアとして工場敷地内の施設・用役設備全体の保守、校正、維持管理
- 空調設備、圧縮空気設備、受水・送水設備、電気設備(受電設備等)、排水処理設備、等
- 上記設備の突発トラブル対応、点検、保守、校正依頼及び管理
- 上記設備の手順書・報告書の作成・照査
- 設備ベンダー管理監督
- 新規用役設備の導入・改善におけるGMP文書の作成、照査
- 環境、産業廃棄物関連の管理
- 工場防虫計画立案と管理
- 職場の安全確保に関するルールを遵守し、安全文化向上のための活動を実施
- 労働災害ゼロを実現するために、安全に関する活動・改善(audits, JSA's, hazard reviews, etc.)に積極的に取り組む
- 既存設備の改善や新規設備導入時の設備の安全性に関して全般的な責任を持つ
- 日本イーライリリー製造本部におけるグローバルの品質基準およびエンジニアリング基準の実践
- 逸脱および変更管理の手順に従った、トラブル発生時のCAPA(Corrective Action Preventive Action)対応
- 内部/外部の監査に対する対応、および関連するSite GMP Planの実施
- 用役設備・施設に関連するグローバルとローカルの要求事項の理解

必須経験/Required Experience (mandatory For Hiring):
- 製造業での機械・施設(機械・電気・制御系など)の保守・管理経験
- 語学力(日本語:ネイティブ、英語:日常会話以上)
望ましい経験/Desirable Experience
- 主体的に行動し、かつチームの一員として他のメンバーと協働することができる
- クロスファンクショナル(部門横断的チーム・プロジェクトなど)な環境下での就業経験
- 科学的思考に基づいた問題解決能力
- 医薬品の製造もしくは近い業種に関わるエンジニアの経験(GMP対象工場職務経験)
- 強い分析力とクリエイティブな問題解決スキル
- 設備改善・問題解決を先導できる力
- 第2種電気工事士
- 危険物取扱者乙種第4類

- 工業専用学校卒以上
- 5年以上の保全・ファシリティ管理業務経験
弊社では社員のウェルビーイングと生産性の観点から、自宅最寄り駅から勤務地までの通勤距離が90㎞以内かつ公共交通機関の所要時間*が90分以内の範囲を、通勤可能上限としています。それよりも遠方にお住まいの場合は、通勤可能な範囲にご転居いただくことを原則としております(借上社宅の貸与あり)。車両通勤を認める場合においても、上記を適用します。

【清算制フレックス勤務】適応あり。フレキシブルタイム:5時~22時内で勤務。(ただし、一斉休憩を除く)1日の必要最低労働時間:4時間(半日休暇時は2時間)
