<職務内容>
Clinical Case Managementは、治験時から市販後までの安全性情報・不具合情報を、収集・評価・報告/伝達(PMDA、医療従事者、アライアンスパートナー等)する役割を担っている。
すべての医薬品製造販売業者にとって欠かすことのできない安全管理業務の根底を支え、開発~市販後まで一貫して患者さんの安全確保に貢献する。
最近では、必須業務である法規制(GVP省令)の確実な遵守に加えて、CROやアライアンスパートナーとの積極的な連携、テクノロジー(AI、RPA)利用による業務の効率化、
"Beyond the case"を掲げた新たな価値創出の模索など、職務内容はより一層多様化してきている。

<主な職責>
・適切な安全性情報・不具合情報収集のためのプロセスを統括管理する
・CROと協働して、収集した情報を安全性システムで管理し、それらの評価およびPMDAへの報告を行う
・アライアンスパートナーと連携し情報収集・共有のプロセス構築と実行監視を行う
・PMDA等による外部査察や社内監査に対応する
・テクノロジー(AI、RPA)利用による業務の効率化を推進する
・その他、安全性情報部内の様々な組織開発・改善活動に貢献する
