背景と職務内容
Lillyでは、昨今の様々な環境変化に対応するべくプロモーション資材のコンテンツ(例:グラフやDATAシート、画像など)の再利用を促進する事で、コスト及び時間の側面でより効率的な資材作成が求められてきています。これは国内レベルだけではなく全世界的なレベルでの再利用も含まれています。
マーケティングスタジオでは、様々なブランドチームの戦略に基づき、既資材の修正やDATAの再構成を行うことで新しい資材や修正版の作成/納品までを行います。対象となる資材の形式は様々で、iVA, LMMR/LMHQコンテンツ, CSP素材,患者さん向けツール, 講演会案内状, 製品情報概要HCP向けのあらゆるツール, Webサイト素材, PaidMediaコンテンツ, など多岐にわたります。
今後この世界的な流れはさらに変化していくことが予想され、ブランドチームの様々な資材のライフサイクルマネジメントをより効率的なものにしていく為に様々な変化が求められているところです。
本担当者には実際にブランドチームの窓口担当者として、最適な製作方法やプロセスの提案、再活用可能な国内外の素材の特定、実際の改訂作業、納品等を行い、期日内・予算内での製作を完遂させます。
- 担当者は、ブランドチームからのリクエストを正確に理解し、実際にPC上で専用アプリなどを用いて資材の作成・改訂などを行います。また、内容によっては外部の契約エージェンシーへ依頼し協力して進めます。
- ブランドチームの資材作成プロセスを理解し、タイムライン及びコスト見積もりを提案します。
- 常に複数のブランド担当者の窓口となり、様々な部署や外部業者との協働や高いコミュニケーション能力が期待されます。
- 常に10ほどのプロジェクトを同時進行で進めなければならず、マルチタスクの管理能力が求められます。
- 最低限の医学薬学知識をもち資材及び元論文などのDATAの理解が求められます。
- 日々更新される社内外のガイドラインや製品情報概要記載要綱といった資材作成の為のルールについて理解を示し、ブランドチームへの適切な指示とサポートが求められます。
- まだまだ発展途上のチームであり、ブランドチームへの働きかけや、常に新しい業務改善の提案が期待されています。

必須経験
- 営業またはマーケティング、メディカル経験
- 製薬業界で活用されている資材・チャネルの理解
必須応募スキル・知識・資格
- 資材に活用、引用されている文献元や記載ルールについて精通している
- ブランドチームをはじめとする、社内外の関係者との良好な関係を構築するのに必要なコミュニケーションスキル
- 複数のタスクを同時に前に進めることができる能力
- Office等最低限のPCスキル
望ましい経験 ・ スキル・知識・資格
- 製薬業界の販促資材に関わる社内外の関連ルールの知識
- プロジェクトマネジメントスキルを必要とする業務経験
- 薬剤師資格
