Business Title: Marketing Strategy Associate
Reports To: Sr. Director, Consumer Insights, Experience and Strategy
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Marketing Strategy Associate to support the Director in connecting consumer insights, creative development, and business strategy. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn how brands make decisions, how insights shape campaigns, and how marketing drives business outcomes.
You will work cross-functionally with insights, creative, product, and business teams to help turn data and observations into actionable strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consumer Insights & Research Support
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and synthesizing consumer research from multiple sources (qualitative, quantitative, social listening, market reports).
- Translate insights into simple summaries, visuals, and storytelling for internal stakeholders.
- Support development of customer personas, journey maps, and segmentation analyses.
2. Strategy & Business Integration
- Help evaluate business challenges, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Contribute to strategic briefs that connect consumer needs with business priorities.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics tied to marketing initiatives.
3. Creative & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with creative teams to ensure insights inform concepts, messaging, and activations.
- Prepare briefing materials, workshop documents, and presentation decks.
- Support alignment across marketing, product, and business stakeholders.
4. Project Management & Coordination
- Manage timelines, documentation, and status updates for strategy and insight-related projects.
- Assist in planning and facilitating brainstorming sessions, workshops, and cross-team meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or related field or higher
- Strong analytical thinking and interest in understanding consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills—able to write clearly and present information logically.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive, collaborative working style.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic data analysis tools preferred.
- Business English
