職務概要:
品質保証に関する業務を行う。製造指図記録書や試験記録書に関するデータ完全性の確認、中間品や資材のステータス変更や実績の入力、倉庫や製造エリアにおける問題解決、電子システムを使用したActivity Planningレコードの作成といった業務を行う。また、QAメンバーから依頼された会議で使用する資料の作成、製品の年次調査データのまとめや入力等のタスクを完了させることで、出荷判定や品質保証業務を支援する。
職責:
- 安全要件に従って行動し、安全衛生活動などの安全イニシアチブに積極的に参加し、安全関連の問題への対処に協力する。
- SOPを遵守し業務を遂行する。
- 製造指図記録書の発行時における完全性の確認
- 出荷判定を行うための、記録済み製造指図記録書の一次レビューやデータの入力
- 倉庫・製造工程エリアに定期的に立ち会い、GMP プログラムと品質システムを監視し、運用担当者とサポート担当者の両方が適切な文書化慣行を遵守し、理解し、該当する手順に準拠していることを確認する。
- 品質事象に対する品質判断/処理を行い、複雑な事象については他の担当者にエスカレーションを行う。
- 電子システムを用いた中間品、資材等のステータス変更(Usage Decision等)
- 電子システムを用いた報告書等の確認・承認等の処理
- 会議、電話会議、製品の年次調査等に使用する書類/資料の準備
- 文書のファイリング

【必須経験/スキル】
- チーム内外で協力・相談して業務を進めることができるコミュニケーション能力
- 記録の記載間違いや、計算間違い、抜け・もれ等を発見できるなど、注意深く正確に実務を遂行する能力
- 同じ作業を繰り返し慎重に行うことができる根気強さ
- 社内電子システムの操作メニューが一部英語表記のため、それを理解できる程度の英語力
- 品質基準や手順に沿って品質事象に対する品質判断/処理できる能力
- 一般事務職に求められるレベルのワード、エクセル、パワーポイントと言った主要アプリケーションの操作能力
- チームの一員としてチームワークを尊重し、相手の立場に立って考えて行動し、品質向上・安全へ貢献できる。
【望ましい経験】
- 薬学、化学、生化学、農学といった教育のバックグラウンド
- 製薬、化学、化粧品、食品といった業界での勤務経験
- GMPやQMSに関する知識
- 英語に興味を持っていると尚可
