Preparation and maintenance of procedures and technical documentation
If quality and technical issues are detected, work with relevant departments to identify root causes and develop a CAPA
Effectively lead the drug stable supply team and ensure the stable supply of drugs
Staffing and training operators
Manage subordinate goals, develop and develop, and evaluate personnel
Understand Lilly's corporate standards and regulatory requirements and reflect them on the manufacturing floor.
