【職務/Job Responsibilities】

・注射剤及び固形製剤の品質管理、分析試験業務(理化学試験、微生物試験)、製品規格試験の実施及びそれに関わるverification

・品質管理に係る手順、記録等の作成及び照査

・逸脱・トラブルに対する調査及び問題解決策の提案・実施

・変更管理

・環境モニタリング

・新製品導入に伴う試験法技術移管(米国本社・海外製造所と協働して実施)

・部内における業務品質及び生産性改善活動

・グローバル・ローカルプロジェクトのリード・参画

・その他試験実施に関わる管理業務

Associate/Manager/Sr Manager-SQC

We Seishin QC complete testing/inspection at the right time with safety first and quality always for stable supply of high-quality products.

・Quality control testing (chemical and microbial)

・Prepare/verify procedures, records, etc

・Investigate of deviations and quality matters, and propose/implement solutions

・Change management

・Environment Monitoring

・Transfer of Analytical test method for new products, collaborating with U.S. headquarters and overseas manufacturing plants

・Improve work quality and productivity within department

・Lead/participate global/local projects

・Implementation of new technologies

・Other activities related to Quality Control

(for Manager, team management and people development are also included in addition to the above.)

3 years or more experience of QC job in pharmaceutical/medical device/cosmetics/chemical industries.

Bachelor's degree in the field of Science (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Engineering)

・Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field

・Japanese communication skill: Fluent

・English communication skill: Business

From the perspective of employee well-being and productivity, Lilly has established a commuting distance and time limit policy. Specifically, the maximum allowable commuting distance is within 90 km and commuting time should not exceed 90 min from candidates nearest station to the workplace using the cheapest public transportation route.
