エクスペリエンス管理プラットフォーム企業にて、Employee Relations チームの新規立ち上げに伴い、日本第一号となるシニアHRスペシャリストを募集中です。
Employee Relationsチームは、通常の人事労務に加えて、社員と組織との良好な関係を管理・維持します。従業員と経営陣の間に立ち、従業員関連の問題に対処し、労働基準法や会社方針の遵守を徹底します。
この職務の主な目的は、調和のとれた職場環境を促進し、従業員から提起されるあらゆる対立や懸念を解決することにあります。
職務概要
- 従業員からの不満や懸念を調査し、解決する: 従業員の不満や対立、その他の問題を徹底的に調査し、公平性を確保し、会社の方針および法的要件を遵守する。効果的なコミュニケーションおよび調停スキルを活用し、懸念事項に対処し、紛争を迅速かつ満足のいく形で解決する
- 指導と助言を行う: 人事方針、手続き、雇用法について、従業員と経営陣に指導と助言を行う。従業員の権利と責任を教育し、疑問や懸念に対応する
- 従業員関係イニシアティブの実施 良好な職場環境を醸成するため、従業員エンゲージメントに関するイニシアチブを計画・実行する
- コンプライアンスの徹底: 関連する雇用法、規制、会社方針を常に把握し、コンプライアンスを徹底する。包括的で公正な職場を維持するために必要な方針や手続きの変更について経営陣に助言する。現地の労働法コンプライアンスを管理する
- 業績管理をサポートする: 管理職と協力して業績関連の問題に対処し、懲戒処分や業績改善計画に関する指導を行う
- 従業員の対立を調停する: 従業員間または従業員と管理職間の対立を解決するために中立的な立場で行動し、調停技術を活用して相互に受け入れられる解決策を見出す
- 従業員の記録を管理する: 調査報告書、懲戒処分、従業員との会話など、従業員関係の案件について、定められたプライバシーおよび守秘義務ガイドラインに従って正確な記録を文書化し、維持する
- 従業員の労働時間管理と年休管理: 過剰労働の問題に対処すべく36協定を遵守してこれらを管理し、労基署に提出する
- 障害者 (PwD = Persons with Disabilities) の管理・報告:年次証明書や報告書など、PwDの雇用状況や戦略を策定する
- 安全衛生管理システム 産業医の管理: 産業医および安全衛生委員会との契約および継続的な関係を管理する
- 年次ストレスチェック:エンドツーエンドプロセスの管理と関与。提携ベンダーと産業医の双方と連携してストレスチェックを行い、結果を基に適切なアクションを行う
応募資格(必須)
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力及びビジネスレベルの英語力
- 7年以上の従業員関係または同様の人事業務における実績ある経験
- 雇用法、規制、人事のベストプラクティスに関する深い知識
- 高いコミュニケーション力、交渉・紛争解決スキル
- 守秘義務を守り、プロ意識を持って機密情報を取り扱う実証済みの能力
- 優れた問題解決能力と意思決定能力
- 高いビジネス洞察力と複雑な企業組織への対応能力
- 細部にまで気を配り、複数のタスクを同時に管理できる高い組織力
- HRIS/HCMソフトウェアに精通していること
