仕事概要
DFA Roboticsは「最先端ロボティクスを社会に実装し、世界中の「ヒト」と「ビジネス」の価値を向上させる」ことをミッションに掲げ、全国でサービスロボットを展開するスタートアップです。日本全国で3,500台以上のロボットを導入しており、今後さらに組織を拡大していきます。 その成長を支えるため、当社1人目の専任人事(責任者候補)を募集します。採用を主ミッションに、制度設計・組織開発まで幅広くリードいただきます。 ①採用(当面のメインミッション) ・採用戦略の立案と実行(特にセールスリーダーなど中途採用の難易度が高いポジション) ・採用チャネルの運用:エージェントマネジメント、ダイレクトリクルーティング、リファラル設計、採用広報 ・候補者体験の最適化:選考フロー設計、面接官トレーニング、クロージング施策 ・内定者フォロー・オンボーディングプロセス設計、早期戦力化の仕組みづくり ②人事制度・企画 ・等級・評価・報酬制度に関する議論・設計・導入支援 ・事業成長に合わせた人材要件の定義・人材ポートフォリオ設計 ・将来的な人材育成・キャリア開発の仕組みづくり ③組織開発・カルチャー ・MVV(Mission/Vision/Value)の浸透施策(研修、社内コミュニケーション施策、サーベイ導入) ・マネジメント・リーダー層の育成プログラム設計 ・組織サーベイによるエンゲージメント向上施策の立案・実行 ・社員エクスペリエンス全般(働きがい、心理的安全性、リテンション施策) 魅力 ・社会課題解決に直結する事業:人口減少・労働力不足という日本社会が直面する構造的課題に対し、ロボティクスを通じて解決を図る企業で、人事としてその成長を支えられます。 ・経営直下での裁量:人事責任者候補として、採用戦略から組織開発まで幅広く01で設計し、推進するポジションです。 ・成長機会:事業急拡大フェーズにおける人事組織の立ち上げ・拡張を一手に担い、事業と組織にインパクトを与える稀有な経験ができます。
必須スキル
以下いずれかの経験がある方 ・人材紹介RA(もしくは両面)でのご経験(2年以上) ・中途採用に関する実務経験(業種・年数問わず) ・人事企画または人事制度に関する知識・実務経験(年数問わず)

給与
想定年収:550万円~750万円 ※賞与(月収の2ヶ月分想定)を含む ※賞与は、会社業績及び人事評価により変動 ※月額給与に40時間分の固定残業手当(89,300円~113,100円)を含む、超過分は別途全額支給
