【背景】
ティアフォーが開発を主導する自動運転OSS「Autoware」は、現在、世界中の多様な環境での走行適合と商用展開を加速させています。この成長を支える鍵は、各地域の走行環境へスピーディに適応し、かつ将来にわたって安定的な継続運用を可能にする、高度なデータオペレーションの実現にあります。
本ポジションは、データの継続的収集、アノテーション工程のリーダーとして、パーセプション(認識)やプランニング(計画)チームなどのエンジニアリング部門と密接に連携し、高速かつ効果的な開発をデータの観点から支援する重要な役割を担います。世界トップクラスの品質、速度、コスト効率を兼ね備えたデータ供給パイプラインを構築・運用し、自動運転社会の実現を加速させることが期待されています。
【仕事内容】
- 戦略的データセット構築工程管理
- 技術・プロダクト開発のロードマップに基づき、データ収集・アノテーションの年間計画と予算の策定
- 2D/3D、時系列データ、生成AIによる合成データ、マルチセンサーフュージョンなど、多様なデータ形式に対応するEnd-to-Endのワークフローを設計・最適化
- グローバルなデータ構築パートナー管理
- 国内外の最適なアノテーションベンダーの選定、契約、教育、評価体制の構築
- 複数のベンダーの業務フローの管理
- 技術ガイドライン・標準作業手順書の策定
- 社内の各部門と連携し、自動運転システム開発要件を満たす、アノテーション仕様・手順書の策定・更新
- エッジケース(特殊な気象条件、複雑な交差点等)の判定基準を言語化し、組織の知的資産として蓄積する。
- アノテーションツールの導入・カスタマイズを主導し、Auto-Labeling等のアシスト機能の統合により作業効率の向上
- チームビルディングと育成
- アノテーションPM、QAエンジニア等からなるグループのリード
- 継続的な改善(カイゼン)を重視する文化の醸成

Requirements
- 自動運転、ADAS、または地図/GIS関連ドメインでのアノテーション実務管理経験
- データ制作の工程管理に関する業務経験3年以上
- 複雑な技術仕様を理解し、具体的な実行手順へと落とし込んだ経験。
- 複数のステークホルダーとの交渉・コミュニケーション能力。
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語および英語(海外ベンダーとの交渉・契約が可能なレベル)。
Preferred Experiences
- センサデータ(3D LiDAR、カメラ等)の基礎知識、それらのデータの処理や、深層学習モデルの基礎知識。
- 自動運転/ロボティクス分野における認識技術の開発経験
- アノテーションツール管理者としての導入・運用経験。
- データプライバシー、情報セキュリティに関する知識。
- データ改善による機械学習モデルの改良経験
- OSS への貢献実績

Working Conditions
Salary想定月収 :48.3万円 ~ 137.5万円
月額基本給 :357,334 円 ~ 1,017,000円 (固定残業手当を除く額)
固定残業手当:時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として
126,000 円 ~ 358,000 円を支給(45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給)
