We are seeking a seasoned Data Architecture Lead to drive enterprise-wide data strategy, architecture, and governance. This role drives the integration and optimization of large-scale data platforms, ensuring high-quality, standardized data across business units and enabling digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise data platform design, standardization, and operation
- Define and enforce data governance, quality standards, and master data management
- Collaborate with business users and analysts to deliver actionable insights and value from data
- Identify challenges, propose improvements, and implement enterprise-level data solutions
- Mentor and develop data specialists while fostering cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Proven experience in large-scale data platform design, MDM, data quality management, and governance
- Hands-on with DWH/ETL, BigQuery, Snowflake, Talend, dbt, or similar technologies
- Experience driving data strategy from planning to execution
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
Desired Experience
- Data-driven projects in retail, manufacturing, or service industries
- Multi-vendor coordination (onshore/nearshore/offshore)
- Large-scale system development experience with significant data volumes and team leadership
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Data+, Oracle Master, CDMP, DMBOK, etc.)
Career Path
- Opportunity to grow into an CDO or CTO role, responsible for enterprise-wide system strategy and execution management, while building sustainable improvements across data platforms.
