About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of
data science, engineering, and business
.
You will lead high-impact data and machine learning initiatives that directly influence product performance, marketing effectiveness, and user value.
Working closely with product, marketing, and risk/credit teams, you will take ownership of projects
end-to-end
—from identifying business problems and defining success metrics to building models, deploying solutions, and driving long-term adoption.
This position is ideal for a hands-on data scientist who also enjoys leading initiatives and shaping how data science is used across an organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead data science and machine learning projects that drive measurable business outcomes
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical problems and solutions
- Design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade ML and analytics pipelines
- Partner with cross-functional teams to plan experiments, launch initiatives, and evaluate impact
- Help scale data science capabilities across the company through automation, tooling, and best practices

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning
- Strong Python skills with experience building production-ready code
- (analysis, feature engineering, ML pipelines)
- Hands-on experience with GCP-based development and operations
- (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Run)
- Experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders or teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Docker, API / batch deployment, CI/CD, and automated testing
- MLOps experience on GCP (Vertex AI, monitoring, reproducible pipelines)
- Experience building or deploying LLM-based or agent-style internal tools
- 5+ years of applied ML / statistical modeling experience with business impact
- Experience working with financial, payment, or credit-related data
- Experience with AutoML platforms
