We are supporting a fast-growing hyperscale data centre platform backed by global investors, with a significant footprint across APAC and an ambitious expansion roadmap.
We are looking for a senior Data Centre Operations leader to take ownership of live, large-scale facilities and drive operational excellence across mission-critical environments.
You will:
- Lead end-to-end data centre operations across multiple large-scale sites
- Own uptime, reliability, and SLA performance
- Drive SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement
- Manage engineering, facilities, and vendor ecosystems
- Act as senior escalation point for critical incidents
- Partner directly with executive leadership on strategy and growth
You should have:
- 15+ years in mission-critical or hyperscale environments
- Proven leadership in live data centre operations
- Strong M&E infrastructure knowledge
- Track record managing uptime in high-availability environments
- Comfortable in fast-growth, high-accountability platforms
Certifications (CDCP/CDCS/ITIL/PMP) are a plus but not mandatory.
