仕事内容


執行役員の直下で、個別指導学院「ヒーローズ」の教室運営を事務・運営面から支えるポジションです。

現場で生徒や保護者と向き合う教室長・講師が、教育に集中できる環境を整えることがミッションです。

教育の最前線に立つ仕事ではありませんが、

教室を支える一人として、生徒・先生・保護者に間接的に価値を届ける重要な役割を担っていただきます。

「人の成長を支える仕事がしたい」「教育に関わる仕事がしたい」

そんな想いを、事務という立場から形にできる仕事です。

<具体的には>

  • 教室運営に関わる各種事務業務

・売上・数値データの集計、管理、報告資料の作成

・入退会手続き、契約書類、各種申請書類の管理

・月謝・請求に関わる事務サポート

  • 教室・講師サポート業務

・講師のシフト管理補助

・教室長・講師からの問い合わせ対応

・教室運営に関する業務フォロー全般

  • 企画・施策の事務サポート

・キャンペーン(紹介施策、体験会など)の準備・事務対応

・掲示物、配布物、資料作成のサポート

・教室イベント(朝学・卒業会など)の運営補助

  • 執行役員の業務サポート

・スケジュール管理、資料準備

・教室運営に関わる業務の整理・調整

・改善施策に関する事務・情報整理

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 23日

勤務時間:9時~17時半or10時~18時半
