Copado Japanでは、日本市場でのマーケティング実行体制を強化するため、Japan Marketing Specialist(マーケティングスペシャリスト) を募集します。 本ポジションは、マーケティング施策の「実行・運営」に特化した役割です。

毎月開催する自社セミナー(20〜30名規模)運営、週次のデジタルコミュニケーション(メール・Sns)、ウェビナー、パートナー協業まで、幅広いマーケティング実務を着実に遂行いただくロールです。

本ポジションは、既に定められたマーケティング戦略に基づき、施策を「確実に実行する」ことが最優先ミッションです。 まず6ヶ月の契約(週5フルタイム)でフィットと実務遂行能力を確認し、相互の合意があれば正社員としての長期的なキャリア形成を前提としています。

主な業務内容

セミナー/イベント施策の運営(自社主催セミナー、ウェビナー、パートナー共催)

自社セミナー運営: 企画立案、LP作成、集客活動(メール配信、SNS、営業連携)、当日運営、開催レポート作成と改善提案。

ウェビナー運営: LP作成、登壇者調整、集客、オンライン運営、データ集計。

パートナー連携: 共催イベント/ウェビナーの運営支援、素材・締切管理、共同告知文作成。

デジタルチャネル運用(メール、Sns)

メールニュースレター: 原稿作成、Pardotでの配信設定、データ分析(開封率/CTR)、内容改善。

SNS運用 (LinkedIn/X): 投稿文作成(週1〜2回)、軽微なバナー編集(Canva)、グローバル素材のローカライズ。

その他

• Salesforceイベント(World Tour等)への出展準備、提出物管理、必要に応じた当日アテンド業務をサポート。

必須要件(Must Have)

経験・スキル

- マーケティング実務経験: 3年以上

- イベント/セミナーの運営経験。(企画から集客、当日運営までの経験があれば尚可)

- メールマーケティングまたはSNS運用: 6ヶ月以上の継続運用経験

Maツール(Pardot/Marketo/Hubspot等)の使用経験 - Pardot未経験でも、他のMaツールでメール配信経験があればOk

Zoom/Youtube等のオンラインイベントツール運用経験

タスク管理ツール(Asana/Notion/Trello等)の使用経験

- 日本語文章作成力(告知文/Lp/Sns投稿文など)

英語スキル

- 英文メールの読み書き(翻訳ツール併用可)

- Slack/メール等による英語での業務に関するやり取り

パーソナリティ・スキル

• タスク管理能力: 複数案件を並行して進められる方
• 自律的な業務遂行: 指示待ちではなく、自ら計画・実行できる方

Brief Summary Of Role:

Copado Japan is seeking a Japan Marketing Specialist to strengthen our marketing execution capabilities in the Japanese market.

This role is highly focused on the execution and operation of marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for consistently implementing a wide range of practical marketing tasks, including:

• Monthly hosted seminars (20–30 attendees).
• Weekly digital communication (Email/SNS).
• Webinars and partner collaboration activities.

The top priority for this position is to reliably execute initiatives based on established marketing strategies. We anticipate a successful candidate will start with a 6-month full-time contract to confirm fit and execution ability, with the mutual goal of transitioning to a permanent employment contract for a long-term career.

What You'Ll Be Doing:

• High-Speed PDCA Practice: Gain experience in rapidly iterating on marketing initiatives, particularly with monthly seminars.
• B2B SaaS Marketing Expertise: Develop specialized knowledge and practical skills in the high-growth Salesforce DevOps market.
• Startup Experience: A valuable opportunity to experience the "zero-to-one" phase of establishing a Japanese subsidiary.
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with the global marketing team via Slack and Asana, and utilize English for professional communication.
• Path to Permanent Career: The 6-month contract is designed with the assumption of full-time employment conversion (Estimated annual salary: JPY 6.5M – 8M).

We are looking for someone with:

• Marketing Experience: 3+ years of hands-on marketing execution experience.
• Event/Seminar Planning & Operation experience.
• Email Marketing or SNS Management: 6+ months of continuous operational experience.
• Experience using an MA tool (Pardot/Marketo/HubSpot, etc. - experience with other MA tools is acceptable if Pardot is new).
• Experience operating online event tools (Zoom/YouTube, etc.).
• Experience using task management tools (Asana/Notion/Trello, etc.).
• Japanese Writing Proficiency: Ability to create professional promotional copy (announcements, LPs, SNS posts).
• English Skills: Ability to read and write business emails in English (translation tools are allowed); handle business communication via Slack/email in English.
• Marketing Experience: 3+ years of hands-on marketing execution experience.
• Event/Seminar Planning & Operation experience.
• Email Marketing or SNS Management: 6+ months of continuous operational experience.
• Experience operating online event tools (Zoom/YouTube, etc.).
• Experience using task management tools (Asana/Notion/Trello, etc.).
