職務の概要と目的:
お客様のライフスタイルにシャネルの製品を添えたストーリーを想像し、お客様お一人お一人に合わせた提案を行います。ビューティコンフィダントのやりがいは、目の前のお客様に喜んでいただくことです。パーソナルでエモーショナルな体験を提供し、最終的にお客様に笑顔になっていただくことをゴールにお仕事をしていただきます。

主な職務内容:
コーナー運営全般に係る業務

・メークアップ、スキンケア、フレグランス製品のタッチアップやカウンセリングを通じた接客販売

・顧客および顧客情報の管理

・商品、備品、用度品の管理および棚卸の実施 等

応募要件:
〈必須条件〉

・週5日フルタイムで勤務可能な方

・正社員または契約社員として2年以上の就業経験があり、社会人としての基本スキルを身に付けた方(業種・職種不問◎)

・接客、販売経験

・美容部員/業界経験者

・美容専門学校ご卒業者

・ラグジュアリーブランド等での販売・接遇経験者

・シャネルに愛着のある方、化粧品や香水に興味のある方

〈その他条件〉

・男女不問

・外国籍の方によるご応募の場合、永住権・配偶者ビザのいずれかを保有されていること

勤務条件:
9:00~21:30(シフト制)

例:10:00~19:00、11:30~20:30

実働7時間30分(内着替時間15分)、休憩1時間30分

※上記の例は標準的なもので、始業・就業時刻は担当するお店によって異なります。
