We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented L1/L2 EUC Engineer to join our dynamic End-User Computing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining seamless day-to-day IT operations, providing timely technical support, and ensuring an excellent user experience across a hybrid environment that includes macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for end-user devices including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user hardware and software.
- Manage user incidents, service requests, and escalate issues as required.
- Ensure smooth IT operations and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain documentation, asset records, and adherence to IT policies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–6 years of experience in End-User Computing / IT Support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting experience across macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of hardware diagnostics, software installation, and user access management.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
