KPI(マーケティング活動の目標)の達成
・業績達成:日本市場における売上向上に向けた、AWS・MSとの関係構築、交渉、および日本の営業チームとの連携。
・言語翻訳:日本語と英語の習熟度を向上させる翻訳を実施。
・定例会議:プロジェクトの進行状況を共有する定期会議の開催。
・共有リソース:マーケティング資料や成功事例を格納するリポジトリの作成。
・クロスファンクショナルワークショップ:両地域の知識共有を目的としたプロジェクト型ワークショップの実施(例:ウェブサイト刷新、イベントなど)。
マーケティング活動の最適化
・日本で有効な施策をグローバルチームと共有。
・グローバルチームの成功事例を日本で展開し、マーケティング施策を最適化。
関係構築とファンド活用
・日本のAWS・Microsoft担当者との強固な関係構築。
・ファンド情報の獲得と活用を通じた売上向上。
【求める人材】
・営業またはパートナーマネジメントにおける経験3年以上
・マーケティングの経験3年以上
【語学力】
・日本語:ネイティブレベル
・英語:TOEIC900点以上
【歓迎】
・AWS、Microsoftなどのグローバルテクノロジー企業に関わる業務経験
・マーケティング戦略・施策に精通していること
【給与】
年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
