職務内容
決済プラットフォームの開発・スケーリングを担当し、セキュリティ・保守性・耐障害性を重視した高品質なソフトウェアの提供(Responsible for developing and scaling payment platforms, delivering high-quality software with a strong focus on security, maintainability, and resilience.)
プロダクトチームと連携し、ビジネス目標に沿ったソフトウェア設計・実装の推進(Collaborate with product teams to drive software design and implementation aligned with business goals.)
設計上のトレードオフを明確にし、エンジニアやプロダクトメンバーと合意形成(Clearly articulate design trade-offs and build consensus among engineers and product members.)
クロスファンクショナルなチームで新機能やサービスを開発し、品質向上のためのコードレビューや自動テストの実施(Work within cross-functional teams to develop new features and services, conducting code reviews and automated testing to ensure quality.)
最新の業界ベストプラクティスを取り入れ、継続的な改善の推進(Continuously adopt industry best practices and promote ongoing improvements.)
理想の人材
Java、Scala、Haskell、Kotlin、Rust、C++、OCaml、C#、F#など、いずれかの高水準で静的型付け言語の知識、加えて関数型プログラミングへの関心(Knowledge of one or more high-level statically typed languages such as Java, Scala, Haskell, Kotlin, Rust, C++, OCaml, C#, or F#, along with an interest in functional programming.)
