【仕事内容】
IT企業の人事・採用担当として、
企業の成長を支えるお仕事です。
「IT業界って難しそう…」という方も
ご安心ください 入社後は研修を通じて、
基礎からじっくり学べる環境が整っています。
将来は、採用のスペシャリストや広報、
キャリアアドバイザーなど、あなたの適性や
「やりたい」に合わせてキャリアを選べます。
【具体的な仕事内容】
まずは研修で基礎を固め、
希望と適性に合わせて以下のいずれかをお任せします。
RPO事業(採用ディレクター・事務)
クライアント企業の採用をお手伝い
色々な業界の裏側を知れて、採用のノウハウが身につきます。
人事部(社内人事・労務)
Gizumo自体の採用活動や社員のサポート。
会社の成長をダイレクトに感じられるポジションです。
派遣事業部(人材コーディネーター)
「働きたい人」と「企業」をマッチング。
求職者のキャリア相談に乗るなど、誰かの人生の転機を支えます。
広報部(社内広報・SNS運用)
会社の魅力を発信
SNS運用や社内イベントの企画など、
クリエイティブなスキルが活かせます。
- 9ヶ月~1年ほど配属先にて研修していただきます
※地方への転勤は一切ありません。
※ご自宅から通える範囲を目安に決定します。
