【仕事内容】

公共インフラ施設(クリーンセンタ―)の設備保守管理

入社後、正社員として長期安定雇用で勤務されている方が多数です、機械や設備点検に興味のある方、安定した仕事をお探しの方にピッタリです。他業種からの転職者の方も多数いらっしゃいます。

安全重視で公共性の高い仕事なので好不況に左右されにくい安定した職場です。

勤務時間が一定していて、日中在宅時間も多く、生活設計もたてやすくプライベートの時間もたっぷりとれます。

地域のごみを処理する施設内にある環境センター内にて、中央制御室での監視、場内を巡回し、点検や整備、機械操作等を行っていただきます。

・中央監視室でのモニター監視

・設備機器の日常点検・巡回記録

・グリスアップ、オイル交換などの簡易な整備

・焼却炉投入クレーンの運転操作(クレーン運転士の資格取得後)

・施設内の清掃

先輩が懇切丁寧に指導しますので、未経験の方でも安心してお仕事をスタートできます。

仕事に必要な資格は順次取得でき、スキルアップのための資格取得や技術も身につきます

(費用は会社負担、所定資格取得時に祝い金支給)

業務変更の範囲(会社所定業務)

【給与】

月収例:210,000円~

基本給:195,000円+深夜手当15,000円(通常シフトにて勤務時の月平均額)

・賞与は年2回(7月、12月)前年支給実績3.4ヶ月分(表記基本給換算で年663,000円)

※人事評価により変動あり

上記以外に、

・超過勤務手当(残業時実働分)(通常シフト以外の深夜超過勤務時は深夜手当も別途加算)

・家族手当(扶養家族有の場合8,000円~12,000円)

・役職手当(8,000円~25,000円)

・交通費別途支給(上限 38,800円/月)

・退職金制度

・定期昇給制度(年1回) 人事評価に基づき昇給額を決定

奈良県橿原市川西町1038-2(クリーンセンターかしはら)

【交通アクセス】

近鉄南大阪線 橿原神宮西口駅から車約4分1.3km 橿原神宮前駅から車約8分2.8km

マイカー通勤OK(駐車場あり)

【勤務時間・曜日】

運転管理(交代勤務) ※事業所カレンダーによる。 1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制

①8:30~20:45 休憩75分 11.0h勤務

②20:30~8:45 休憩75分 11.0h勤務

1日目①2日目②3日目(明休み)4日目(公休)の4日サイクル5日目①6日目②7日目(明休み)8日目(公休)・・・の4日パターンでの勤務

4日間のうち3日間は日中在宅、メリハリのある勤務で休みが多い分、時間も有効に活用でき、趣味などのプライベート時間も確保しやすいです。

又は 8:30~17:15 休憩45分 (実働8h) 日勤の場合(整備班)

※経験・希望を考慮し、適性により判断し配属となります。

【資格・経験】

18歳以上 (省令2号)

募集年齢 59歳まで(60歳定年を上限)

クレーンの操作経験(クレーン運転士)、2級ボイラー技士の資格をお持ちの方、歓迎します。

資格をお持ちでない方も、入社後、会社負担にて資格取得可能です。

  • 資格経験不問仕事は丁寧に指導します

採用後の試用期間は3ヶ月となります。(試用期間中の労働条件は同条件)

【休日・休暇】

明休み、公休、(公休90日+明け休み90日)(直勤務の場合)事業所カレンダーによる。

日勤の場合は、年間休日は115日となります。

【待遇】

社会保険完備(健康保険・厚生年金・労災・雇用保険)

業務に必要な作業衣・保護具・安全靴など無償貸与します。

施設内シャワー室・洗濯機あり(汗をかいた時や仕事後にシャワーを浴びたり、作業着を洗ったりでき衛生面も安心です)

・受動喫煙対策あり

・定年再雇用制度あり(60歳定年、65歳まで再雇用) 65歳以降も延長在籍者多数いらっしゃいます。

・永年勤続奨励金(5年)30,000円、以後5年ごとに50,000円~200,000円相当を支給

※ボイラー技士、危険物乙種4類、第2種電気工事士など、働きながら資格や技術が身につけられます。

・出産祝い金100,000円(社員本人または配偶者)
