建物・施設の運営管理全般
アウトソーシングや協力会社とのコラボレーションによるビルメンテナンス業務の管理
ホテル客室・施設内の什器・備品、厨房機器等の保守・修繕・更新計画の策定と実施
電気、ガス、水道などのエネルギー管理
廃棄物の適正処理・管理、廃棄物削減、資源管理
依頼書、報告書、請求書など各種書類の作成。 メールチェック・管理 文書作成
関係部署、協力会社との調整業務。

Energy management of electricity, gas, watert and other utilities.Proper disposal and management of waste, waste reduction, and resource management.
Creating various documents such as requests, reports, and invoices. Email checking and management Document creation .
Coordination tasks with relevant sections and partner companies.
