Retail Supervisor

JOB SCOPE
リテールスーパーバイザーは、現場のオペレーションリーダーとして、日々の店舗運営とチームマネジメントを統括し、ブランド体験と収益性の最大化を担うポジションです。KPIの達成とゲスト満足度の向上にコミットしつつ、健康・安全・人材育成・クロスファンクショナルな連携を通じて、全体最適をリードします。
OBJECTIVES**
- 担当エリア・ユニットの運営を円滑に行い、売上・サービス・安全の各目標達成に貢献する。
- 卓越した顧客サービスを実現し、KPI達成を通じてブランド体験の質を向上させる。
- Commercial Managerと緊密に連携し、戦略的かつ実務的な現場アクションを推進する。
- 優れたスタッフ(Hosts)を指導・育成し、個々の能力を最大限に引き出す。
- 全業務において健康・安全の確保を最優先とし、関連する法令・ポリシーを遵守する。
- 潜在的リスクを的確に評価・制御し、チームとゲスト双方の安全を守る。
Main Responsibilities
■ ゲストエクスペリエンスと接客品質
- 常に明るくポジティブな接客で、全ゲストにブランド価値の高い体験を提供する。
- カスタマーケアに関するポリシー・基準(Mystery Visitなど)を遵守し、継続的な改善を図る。
- ゲストの期待を超えるサービス水準の確保と、CS向上のためのスタッフ指導を実施する。
- パーク/売場の清掃・衛生維持の徹底。
■ オペレーション&在庫管理
- 商品補充・在庫回転率・売場展開の最適化に貢献し、商品供給とCSの安定化を支援。
- 店舗オペレーションに関する標準手順(SOP)を遵守し、実行品質を維持。
- 現場のリーダーとしてポジショニングを管理し、スタッフ配置を最適化。
■ チームマネジメント
- 勤務スケジュールの作成、シフト管理、勤怠対応を柔軟に実施。
- チームブリーフィングやパフォーマンス評価を通じて、チーム内の情報共有・目標共有を促進。
- 研修・OJTを通じて、サービス・業務スキルを向上させ、個々の成長を支援。
- マーリンバリューを体現し、チームにも浸透させる。
■ 他部門との連携
- クロスファンクショナルチーム(販売促進、オペレーション、施設、安全、HR等)との連携強化。
- 情報共有・協力体制の構築を通じて、部門横断的な目標達成に貢献。

【試用期間】 6ヵ月
【勤務場所】 大阪府大阪市海岸通1-1-10 天保山マーケットプレイス
【勤務時間】 9:00~20:00までの間の8時間を基本とした1か月単位の変形労働時間制
(シフト例)9:30~18:30(休憩1時間)、11:00~20:00(休憩1時間)
【休憩時間】 就業時間内の法で定められた休憩時間
【休 日】 週休2日制、その他会社が定める日(土日、祝祭日相当数)
