Position Overview

One World Internatinal School (OWIS) Osaka is seeking a Finance Executive will support the finance team in day to day financial operations, including invoice processing, fee management, communication between different parties in the school. This role is ideal for someone detail oriented, eager to learn, and looking to develop a solid foundation in financial operations within the education sector.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • English: Fluent
  • Japanese: Basic (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities

  • Fee & Billing Support such as assist in preparing and maintaining the school fee structure, process monthly invoices and ensure timely payments, handle fee collections
  • Financial Operations, support revenue and expense tracking, assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, handle petty cash disbursements and maintain accurate logs, assist in the reimbursement process for staff expenses
  • Reporting & Documentation, assist in preparing monthly reports, maintain accurate financial records and documentation, support the preparation of financial summaries and analysis for internal use
  • Administrative & Coordination Tasks, coordinate with internal departments for financial information, perform any other finance related tasks assigned by the supervisor
