Job Description<職務内容>
機器のメンテナンス:
医療機器や設備の定期的な点検、保守、修理を行い、最適な運用を維持します。
技術的な問題が発生した際、迅速に対応し、解決策を提供します。
顧客サポート:
顧客に対して、機器の使用方法やトラブルシューティングに関するサポートを提供します。また、顧客の潜在的ニーズを引き出し、ビジネスの支援を行います。
品質管理・EHSの徹底:
機器が規制や基準を満たしていることを確認し、患者の安全を確保します。
フィードバックの提供:
市場のニーズや製品のパフォーマンスについて、他の部門(例:
開発、販売)にフィードバックを提供します。
社内改善活動:
業務を通じて発見された改善機会等について、積極的に部内関係者と協議し改善を図ります。
電気/機械系のフィールドサービス経験1~2年以上(未経験者の場合は電気/コンピューター/ネットワークの基礎知識)
顧客に論理的に発生事象を説明できるコミュニケーションスキル
オペレーション改善を目的として自分の考えを持ち提案し実行する能力
マニュアルを読解し点検・修理を正確におこなうスキル
顧客サイトにて発生した問題に対して正確にエスカレーションし解決に導くことが出来る能力
