日本オーチス・エレベータ(株)では現在、都市を支えるインフラとして欠かせないエレベーター、エスカレーター(当社製)の定期的な法定検査等、お客様のスケジュールに合わせて検査業務を遂行頂きます。お客様とコミュニケーションを図りながら仕事を進めることが重要となりますエレベーター・エスカレーターの定期検査は、1台につき120分程度。原則保守員と2名体制で実施。担当エリアにもよりますが、基本的には、1日3-4台程度の検査を実施。そのほか検査員は、有資格者として技術レベルも高いことから検査を通じたサービスエンジニアへの技術指導も行って頂きます。
選考基準
普通自動車免許必須
電気や電気工学のスキルをお持ちの方
安全を最優先とし、プロフェッショナルを目指す方
他者とのコミュニケーションを大事にしている方
好奇心旺盛で、一人でもチームでも仕事ができる方
デジタルツールの使用に慣れている方。

36協定における特別条項あり(納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる)
賃金:206,000 円〜400,000 円(月額)
*インセンティブ手当あり
昇給あり:
昇給率 1月あたり4.3%(本年度実績)
賞与あり:
賞与月数 計6.29ヶ月分(前年度実績)
