職務目的(Job Purpose)

関西地域事業本部(大阪)に常駐し、担当地域のコンプライアンス推進(未然防止・予兆把握・事案対応、社員教育・代理店募集人教育支援)を中心に、第一線による当社プレゼンスの向上、業務品質向上支援に取り組む。

職責(Job Responsibilities)

コンプライアンス部門は2026年度より組織を再編し、そのうちコンプライアンス推進部は各地域事業本部(Distribution)および、地域損害サービス本部などにおける不祥事件や会社規則違反の未然防止・予兆把握、事案対応と再発防止について、代理店検査や各種データを活用し様々な支援を行います。

従来は各地域事業本部に原則1名の駐在を設置していましたが、保険金不正請求や代理店・募集人の業務品質向上取り組みなど昨今の業界課題に対応するため、地域担当を「東日本」「西日本」の二極体制とし機動性を向上させます。

今回、「西日本」(東海・北陸から九州・沖縄)と担当する社員を纏める「西日本総括」、当該地域事業本部のうち、主に関西を中心に地域を兼務担当するポストを新設し募集します。

なお、西日本には、25年12月時点で「大阪・広島」に常駐していますが、今後常駐先を検討する予定です。職責に伴い、西日本の地域事業本部への出張を伴うことがあります。

必要とされるスキル・経験(Required Skills and Experiences)

【最終学歴】

大学卒業

【スキル/知識】

保険法・保険業法等の知識、当社が規定する英語力(英検準一級またはTOEIC770点以上など)、マネジメント力

【性格/気質】コミュニケーション力/論理構成力、文書作成力

【業務経験】

1.保険業法等の関連法令の知識

保険業法等の規制を遵守した運営が求められるため関連法令の知識が必要

損害保険会社での3年以上のコンプライアンス業務経験があれば尚可

2.コミュニケーション力

担当地域、他部門、管下社員など、利害が一致しない相手との円滑なコミュニケーション経験

3.論理構成力、文書作成能力

施策や事案の推進に向け、関係各所へ説明する、また、当局届出書作成に向けた論理構成力とその具現化である文書作成能力。前職で、本社部門(スタッフ部門)の経験や営業部門以外の経験があれば尚可

4.マネジメント経験

前職におけるマネジメント経験。遠隔地駐在の社員を管理監督した経験があれば尚可
