Description and Requirements


We are seeking an experienced Segment Lead to develop a marketing strategy for Lenovo, focusing on building awareness with professional customers and acquiring quality leads. The role involves planning and executing comprehensive marketing measures targeting specific segments, maintaining efficient ROI, and achieving pipeline goals through marketing activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive and effective marketing strategies
  • Develop measures at each stage of the sales process, including customer list acquisition and lead generation
  • Plan and execute measures aimed at expanding the pipeline in close collaboration with the sales, product, service, and sales strategy teams
  • Deep understanding of marketing tactics (offline & online) and ability to plan and execute programs that link multiple programs
  • Produce daily/weekly reports explaining results
  • Collaborate with APAC and WW marketing teams for KPI performance tracking and sharing campaign success experiences

Requirements:

  • More than 6 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience in planning and implementing digital marketing measures
  • Experience in lead nurturing with Marketing Automation
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications

  • Ability to produce high-quality results under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lenovo's business and market, as well as experience working with global companies. Japanese proficiency is required, and English conversation ability is also necessary to communicate effectively with APAC and WW teams.


This position reports to a Commercial Marketing Manager and has 3 peers in Japan who lead dedicated market segments. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
