・プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験(例:課題設定、要件定義、関係者間の利害調整、進捗管理)

新規事業 責任者候補(ナレッジプラットフォーム事業)【マネージャー採用】
【仕事内容】
日本共同代表直下で、ビザスクの法人事業部(日本事業を成長させる要の事業部)における、次なる成長戦略を牽引する新規事業の責任者候補の募集です
法人事業部において、様々な顧客の課題解決に挑むための新規事業のアイディア創出、市場調査、事業計画策定、事業の進捗管理、KPI設定、成果測定含め、
新規事業を0から作っていっていただける大きなミッションを担っていただける方を期待します。
その他、事業領域の組織運営として、ピープルマネジメント、事業運営ルール策定、事業系システムの導入などもご担当いただきます。
主な業務内容
ご本人の適性・意向に応じて決定しますが、以下のようなテーマを取りまとめ、
考えるだけではなく自ら推進するポジションになります。
・新規事業の企画立案から事業化までの全フェーズを主導
・市場調査、競合分析、ビジネスモデル構築
・チームの編成、メンバーの育成
・事業計画の策定、実行、評価
・経営層への報告、社内ステークホルダーである法人事業部各チーム、エンジニア組織との連携
