職務目的
既存の営業テリトリーを維持・拡大し、受注目標の達成を目指していただきます。既存顧客への積極的なアプローチ、キャンペーンの実施、医療市場の調査・分析を通じて成長機会を見つけ、成長につなげていただきます。
主な業務内容
- 既存顧客の契約更新を最大化し、当社シェアを拡大
- 担当エリア内で新規顧客の開拓
- 顧客および販売代理店との連携
- 上司およびシニアマネジメントとの定期的なコミュニケーション
- 医療従事者、病院管理職、図書館員、大学教員などとの関係構築
- への案件の入力とパイプライン管理
- 顧客情報・営業活動の記録管理
- 月次の目標数の電話・バーチャルコール等の実施
- 週次・月次の営業報告書の提出
- Ovid製品の利用促進・統合・活用戦略の立案
- 製品知識・デモスキルの習得
- 電子出版・オンライン情報提供の理解
- 競合製品の把握
- テリトリーおよび主要アカウントプランの策定・実行
- 展示会・営業会議・業界イベントへの参加
- アジア太平洋地域、および必要なグローバル地域の同僚との連携
- 冊子ジャーナル事業の維持・関連チームとの協働
