職務概要:
ディレクター(TS)は、複雑かつ注目度の高い案件を統括し、複数の案件を同時にマネジメントします。本ポジションは、成果物がビジネス上の観点からクライアントへ有用であり、高い品質を確保するように導くとともに、提案書作成、クライアントリレーションの管理、案件の開拓に貢献します。また、ジュニアメンバーのメンターになるとともに、パフォーマンス向上に向けた指導・管理を行います。


主な業務内容:
トランザクション・サービスに関する包括的な専門知識を活かし、大規模・複雑な案件の実行を首尾一貫して主導する
提案書や報告書において論理的で構造化されたストーリーを作成し、適切なプレゼンテーションや交渉を実施する

複数の案件の同時管理、または大規模プロジェクト(例:8名以上)を主導し、収益性とクライアントリレーションを両立させる


必要なスキル・資質:

学士号/ 専攻:
会計、ファイナンス等

トランザクション・サービス、財務分析、会計、FDD、DCFモデル、Office(Excel、PowerPoint、Word)のスキル

必要資格:
CPA(公認会計士/ 米国公認会計士等 )、簿記検定2級以上、TOEIC 700点以上

日本語スキル(日本語能力試験(JLPT)N2相当以上)および日本での勤務経験や就学経験が一定期間以上あること
日本在住、あるいは海外在住でも日本への転居が可能なこと


職務経験:
8〜10年以上のトランザクション・サービス経験と、リーダーシップを伴う実務経験
戦略的計画策定、チームリーダーシップ、クロスファンクショナルな協働経験を有すること

Director, Transaction Services (TS) - Japan


Role Overview:
The Director, Transaction Services (TS), oversees complex and high-profile transactions, managing multiple engagements simultaneously.

The role ensures the commercial relevance and quality of output and leads proposal development, client relationship management, and contributes to business development.

The Director (TS) acts as a mentor and performance manager to junior members.


Responsibilities:
Possesses comprehensive expertise in TS services and is capable of independently leading end-to-end execution of large-scale and complex projects.
Create logical and structured storylines for proposals and reports, delivering presentations and negotiations appropriately.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously or lead large-scale projects (e.g., over 8 people), balancing profitability and client relationships.


Skills / Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, etc.
Transaction Services, Financial analysis, Accounting, FDD, DCF model, Office (excel, PPT, word).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) & Japan Bookkeeping Certification (Level 2 or above) & TOEIC (700 and above).
Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 level or higher) and working or educational experience in Japan.
Currently reside in Japan or be able to relocate to Japan from overseas.


Work Experience:
8–10+ years of experience both with transaction services and significant leadership responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
