職務概要:
シニアディレクター(TS)は、大規模かつ戦略的な財務デューデリジェンス(FDD)プロジェクトを主導するエンゲージメントリーダーとしての役割を担います。本ポジションは、クライアントリレーションの構築・維持をするとともに、サービスラインを横断したビジネス機会を発掘し、統合的かつ付加価値の高いソリューションを提供します。また、人材採用、研修、戦略的イニシアティブなど、プラクティス拡大における重要な役割も果たします。
主な業務内容:
トランザクション・サービス(TS)およびM&A全般に精通し、クライアントのニーズを深く理解したうえで、他のサービスラインと連携した統合的な提案を主導する
A&M全社のサービスを理解し、ワンストップで付加価値の高いソリューションをクライアントに提供する
複数の大規模案件を統括し、クライアントリレーションの維持・強化およびチームビルディング(採用・育成を含む)に貢献する
必要なスキル・資質:
学士号/ 専攻:
会計、ファイナンス等
トランザクション・サービス、財務分析、会計、FDD、DCFモデル、Office(Excel、PowerPoint、Word)のスキル
資格:
CPA(公認会計士/ 米国公認会計士等 )、簿記検定2級以上、TOEIC 700点以上
日本語スキル(日本語能力試験(JLPT)N2相当以上)および日本での勤務経験や就学経験が一定期間以上あること
日本在住、あるいは海外在住でも日本への転居が可能なこと
職務経験:
業界における10〜15年以上の経験(うちシニアマネジメントレベルでの豊富なリーダーシップ経験を含む)
ビジネス成果の創出、組織変革、長期的な戦略的成長イニシアティブの推進における実績を有すること
財務デューデリジェンスやM&Aアドバイザリーを含むトランザクションサービスにおける豊富な経験と深い専門知識。特定の業界に関する知識や経験があることが望ましい。

Senior Director, Transaction Services (TS) - Japan
Role Overview:
The Senior Director, Transaction Services (TS), acts as the primary engagement leader, driving large, strategic FDD projects.
In this role, the Senior Director (TS) develops and maintains client relationships, identifies cross-service line opportunities, and delivers integrated, value-added solutions.
In addition, the Senior Director (TS) plays a key role in practice development, including talent acquisition, training, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Fully familiar with TS (Transaction Services) and overall M&A, understanding client needs deeply and leading integrated proposals with other service lines.
Oversee multiple large-scale projects, contributing to client relationships and team building (including recruitment and development).
Skills / Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, etc.
Transaction Services, Financial analysis, Accounting, FDD, DCF model, Office (excel, PPT, word).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) & Japan Bookkeeping Certification (Level 2 or above) & TOEIC (700 and above).
Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 level or higher) and working or educational experience in Japan.
Currently reside in Japan or be able to relocate to Japan from overseas.
Work Experience:
10–15+ years of industry experience, including substantial executive-level leadership.
Demonstrated success in driving business outcomes, organizational transformation, and long-term strategic growth initiatives.
Extensive experience and deep expertise in transaction services, including financial due diligence and M&A advisory. Certain industry knowledge and experience are desirable.
