ポジション概要:
Colliers Japanのシニアリクルーターとして、戦略的・業務的な成長を推進するため、優秀な人材の特定・獲得・確保に重要な役割を担っていただきます。本ポジションは、採用活動の全工程を担当し、採用マネージャーとの密接な連携を図りながら、候補者にとってスムーズで魅力的な採用体験を提供します。
マネージングディレクターに報告し、マネージングディレクターや各部門責任者と連携しながら、積極的にタレントパイプラインを構築し、優秀な人材のオンボーディングを推進します。
主な職務内容:
- 採用活動全般:採用ニーズの把握から候補者のソーシング、面接、オファー、オンボーディングまで、採用プロセス全体を管理
- タレントソーシング:求人媒体、SNS、紹介会社、ネットワーキングイベントなどを活用し、特に不動産業界における優秀な候補者を発掘
- ステークホルダーマネジメント:採用マネージャーと連携し、採用戦略や市場動向に関する助言を提供
- 候補者選考:履歴書の確認、面接の実施、資格・経験・カルチャーフィットの評価
- 候補者体験の向上:明確なコミュニケーション、迅速なフィードバック、期待値の調整を通じて、質の高い採用体験を提供
- 採用ブランディング:Colliers Japanの魅力を発信し、採用イベントやジョブフェア、ネットワーキング機会に積極的に参加
- データ管理:応募者管理システム(ATS)で正確な記録を保持し、採用指標に関する定期レポートを作成
- コンプライアンス:日本の労働法およびColliersの社内規定に準拠した採用活動の実施
- チームサポート:ジュニアリクルーターの業務を支援し、指導やトレーニングを提供、パフォーマンス向上をサポート
- その他:必要に応じてプロジェクトや臨時業務に参画
資格
求める資格・経験:
- 業務経験:採用業務における7年以上の経験(人材紹介会社と企業内採用の両方の経験が望ましい)。不動産業界での経験があれば尚可
- 語学力:日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
- ITスキル:応募者管理システム(ATS)およびMicrosoft Officeの使用経験
- 知識:日本の労働市場と人材獲得におけるベストプラクティスを深く理解し、不動産業界の専門家と効果的に関わる能力
- ソフトスキル:優れたコミュニケーション力、人間関係構築力、交渉力。スピード感のある環境で成果を出す能力、強い組織力と細部への注意力

正社員(試用期間6か月あり 試用期間中の給与は変更なし)
就業時間:
9:00‐18:00

- 完全週休2日制(土、日、祝日)
- 年末年始休暇(12月29日‐1月3日)
