職務目的(Job Purpose)

  • 担当地区において、上席者の管理・監督の下で「基幹商品ALLSTARs」を中心とした推進および引受業務を通じて、収益性の最大化を図りながら企業賠償保険ラインのプロダクション予算達成に責任を持つ

職責(Job Responsibilities)

  • 担当地区の地域事業本部に駐在して企業賠償保険ラインのプロダクション予算達成に責任を持ち、そのために営業本部・他ラインと連携し、担当地区のマーケット・チャネルの状況に応じた「基幹商品ALLSTARs」を中心とした販促計画(契約保全含む)を企画立案し、実行する
  • 主に営業社員・担当チャネル向けの「基幹商品ALLSTARs」を中心とした販売トレーニングを行い、特に重点代理店については個々の代理店のALLSTARsを中心とした販売計画・トレーニングにも関与する
  • 担当地区において企業賠償保険ラインの情宣活動を行い(成約事例紹介・売れ筋情報や業務関連情報等の提供。資料作成含む)、そのためにマーケット情報・他社動向を含めた情報収集を行う
  • 企業賠償保険種目のうち引受権限を有するものにつき担当地区の基本的な保険引受業務を行い、引受権限を有しないものまたは難度の高い事案については上席または関連するプロダクションアンダーライターと連携して対応し、担当地区の収益性を確保する

業務経験

  • 最低5年の社会人経験
  • 保険業界における営業部門、研修部門、商品部門、損害サービス部門での業務経験
  • 企業賠償ラインの経験があれば尚可

勤務地(Location)

  • 勤務地は本人の希望により①仙台、②大宮、③大阪、④東京のいずれかで採用を検討する。
