■人事企画課

・タレントマネジメントシステムの再構築

(スキル管理/後継者育成管理の全体設計/システム運用企画/サクセッションプランなど)

・グローバルの組織体制管理(組織改正案の作成/異動管理) ほか

■人事課

・給与計算システム(Company)を使用した国内外の給与計算および制度の再構築

・健康経営、女性活躍、働き方改革に関する施策立案業務

■人材開発課

・教育・研修プログラム(階層別教育/選抜教育など)の企画・具体設計

・新卒採用業務の推進

【働き方】

・フレックスタイム制(コアタイム 13:00~15:00)

・在宅勤務も可能(週1~2日程度)

・柔軟な働き方を推奨

【求める人材】

【必須】

・人事経験(8年以上)

・企画提案から施策実行までの実績、またはマネジメント経験(3年以上)

【尚可】

・チームやプロジェクトをリードしたご経験

・人事制度の改定やシステム変更のご経験

・COMPANYまたはSuccessFactors等の人事システムに関する実務経験

・課題の分析から施策提案までを一貫して行ったご経験

【給与】

年収:750万~950万程度

月給制:月額380000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回(7月、12月)

昇給:年1回
